Nick Lee graduated from University of Toronto with a specialized degree in Finance, majoring in Economics. He then went on and secured his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) I, which is regarded by most to be the key certification for investment professionals. Nick has experience working as a Marketing analyst for development projects at Magnum Projects Ltd.in 2010. He also has 4 years of experience as a development manager at Yuanheng Development Holding Ltd., where he contributed to 3 major development projects along the Canada Line. In 2015, Nick started his own real estate team, specializing in helping developers to do land analysis, land assembly and project sale. Within 36 months, Nick has already accomplished more than 50 land assembly projects and accumulated over 50 million in sales.
